Been neglecting everything in my life for the last little while. My health, mental and physical have gone more than a bit pear shaped... I feel like I've been adrift on dark rolling waves... I haven't noticed how far I've drifted from the shore... but I can no longer see land.
I can't stop eating, but the hunger persists... devouring my insides. I insist on making pot after pot of coffee and tea, but I'm left parched with a thirst that can't be quenched...
And no, I can't have "cheese with my whine" because I'm lactose intolerant!
